Serving as the cornerstone of Falcon AeroLab, Mark and Debbie continue working together to bring STEM opportunities to students across America, but they couldn’t do it without some help. Say hello to some of the other team members working hard to make Falcon AeroLab successful! without their participation, AeroLab wouldn’t be the organization it is today.


Sara Hurley -Chief Operating Officer

Sara brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, dedication, and an excitement for pioneering education. From Falcon AeroLab’s beginnings to its current standing, Sara has been intricately involved in every facet of its growth, from ideation to execution. This immersive experience has provided invaluable insights into the inner workings of the organization and a profound understanding of our mission and values. After having spent several years living on a 70-acre farm in southeast Colorado, Sara and her family have recently transitioned from full-time farm life.

Despite the change in scenery, their commitment to providing educational opportunities for rural Colorado students remains unwavering. Fostering inclusivity in rural communities with the belief that learning should be dynamic, engaging, and accessible to all, regardless of geographical barriers

Sara and her husband, Tim, have dedicated themselves to homeschooling their four children. Her unwavering commitment to children and learning has been a driving force throughout her life, shaping her approach to education and fostering an environment where curiosity thrives. 

She is honored to lead Falcon AeroLab  into the future, fueled by passion and purpose.


Tanya Williams -Chief Financial Officer

Tanya Williams is a distinguished CPA and MBA professional with a robust background in financial leadership and strategic management. With years of experience navigating complex financial landscapes, she brings a results-driven approach that ensures both fiscal responsibility and operational excellence. Tanya has explored various industries and assimilated best-in-class practices, enabling her to deliver impactful, tangible, and intangible results. Tanya’s proven track record in streamlining processes, driving business growth, and fostering collaborative partnerships across diverse sectors makes her ideally poised for start-up, turnaround, and high-growth situations where passion, innovation, and strong leadership are not just a “want” but a “need.” Passionate about mentoring and empowering teams, she leads with integrity, consistently transforming financial challenges into opportunities for growth. She is deeply passionate about Falcon AeroLabs’ mission and is dedicated to advancing the organization’s commitment to inspiring STEM education and fostering innovative breakthroughs, seamlessly integrating her strategic financial expertise with forward-thinking educational initiatives to drive meaningful change.  


Krista Gustafson- Director of Marketing

Krista Gustafson is bringing a deep passion for connecting youth with transformative educational opportunities in STEM and aerospace. Originally from Chicago, Krista has called Colorado home since 2005, embracing everything the outdoors has to offer. Whether hiking, skiing, or exploring the mountains, she thrives in adventure—both in nature and in her career. Krista began her professional journey at the Better Business Bureau, where she developed a strong foundation in community engagement and strategic marketing. With a heart for youth development and a commitment to the Colorado Springs community, she is dedicated to ensuring Falcon AeroLab reaches and inspires as many students as possible. Through innovative marketing and outreach, Krista works to share the AeroLab mission—breaking down barriers and helping students discover their passions in aviation, aerospace, and STEM.


Anjellah Schaefer-Controller

Anjellah begin her financial career with L3 Communications.  Her career has taken her from state side to overseas in multiple occasions. Through the years she has enjoyed growing and learning more challenging responsibilities in finance.
She moved to Colorado in 2021 with her husband Joseph and their two children.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
She is passionate about volunteering and helping others.


Andrea Kulow- Registrar

Andrea Kulow is a dedicated homeschooling mom to her three teenage sons and an advocate for reimagined education. With a diverse background, Andrea brings invaluable experience to Falcon AeroLab, having served as a classroom teacher, managed administrative tasks in a school setting, handled accounts payable/receivable, and contributed to her husband’s small business. 

Andrea is deeply passionate about supporting families as they navigate the landscape of educational choices for their children. Her dedication to fostering personalized experiences shines through in every interaction.

In 2007, Andrea and her native Colorado husband relocated from California to Colorado, drawn by the allure of the mountains. In Andrea’s spare time she can be found paddling her kayak or enjoying all Colorado has to offer her family. 


Robin Pinchoff- Accounts Receivable Specialist

Robin grew up in Colorado as a military daughter to an Air Force Lt. Col and has always had an interest in flying. Had Falcon Aerolab been around her in her early years, she would have ventured down the path of being a pilot! Having recently moved back home to take care of her late sister, Robin is excited to be amongst the mountains again. In the process of raising three grown daughters, Robin worked as a sports administrator for both adult and children’s tennis programs for over 20 years at the Sports Club of West Bloomfield. Before joining the Aerolab team, she was the accounts payable clerk for Detroit Public Television in Wixom, MI. Having held that title for 10 years, Robin is excited to bring both her accounting and human resource expertise back out west!


Brian Neff- Educator

Brian Neff brings over 25 years of experience as a retail manager, during which he developed strong leadership and organizational skills that have seamlessly translated into his role as an Instructor for the Remote Controlled (R/C) Airplane and Drone program. With more than 30 years of experience flying R/C models, he has participated in multiple National R/C Championship Competitions in both Pylon Racing and Combat, earning the title of National R/C Combat Champion in 2012. In addition to his extensive expertise in the R/C world, he holds a private pilot's license obtained at the age of 17 and is FAA Part 107 Certified. Brian is dedicated to providing high-quality instruction and support to students at both the 1A and Advanced Levels. His passion for aviation and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to any team, and he is always eager to share his knowledge and expertise with others.


Jorie Mach– Central Scheduler

Jorie Mach was originally an Illinois native and is proud to call Colorado home now. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Monmouth College. She has been in the education field since 2013. She has taught in a classroom, ran her own after school programs, managed an art studio and ran a summer camp. She joined the United States Army Reserves in 2018. Since then she has become a Chief Warrant Officer 2 along with becoming an Army Aviator flying UH-60M Blackhawks at a Medical Evacuation Unit out of Fort Carson Colorado. Her passions include Aviation, international travel and cooking. Her hopes for her students are for them to learn in an environment that develops, engages and drives them!
