FleDglings

Fledglings (Ages 6-8) introduces young learners to STEM through engaging literacy-based lessons and hands-on projects that spark curiosity and creativity. With guest speakers like pilots, police officers, and firefighters, this program provides early exposure to aviation and aerospace while building problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

 YOUNG FALCONS

Young Falcons (Ages 9-11) immerses students in aviation, aerospace, and STEM through hands-on projects like computer-aided design, 3D printing, and robotics. By applying math and science concepts to real-world experiences like rock climbing, iFLY, and a chemistry magic show, this program builds confidence, critical thinking skills, and a passion for discovery.

1a- iNTRO TO aEROSPACE

Intro to Aerospace (1A) (Ages 12-15) provides a broad, "mile-wide, inch-deep" introduction to aviation and aerospace, allowing students to explore a wide range of topics to discover what excites them. With hands-on experiences like helicopter and glider flights, iFLY indoor skydiving, and building RC airplanes and drones—along with expert guest speakers, field trips, and exposure to cybersecurity, 3D printing, and aviation maintenance—this program helps students identify their interests so they can move into Educate programs with a clearer idea of what they’d like to study.

1A- CAÑON CITY & SALIDA

1A Canon City & Salida (Ages 10-16) offers students hands-on STEM projects, group activities, and field trips focused on aviation and aerospace. Each participant also has the opportunity to take a powered aircraft flight, bringing their learning to life through real-world experience.

1B- AeroNautic Studies

Aeronautic Studies (1B) (Ages 12-15) builds on the foundations of 1A, offering a deeper dive into aviation and aerospace concepts through hands-on projects, flight experiences, and expert-led lessons. Students explore topics like aerodynamics, navigation, and aircraft systems, gaining a stronger understanding of the skills needed for future aviation studies.
